Darwin's ideas and their descendants are popping up everywhere as DNA, ancestry maps, fossils, new species, and scientific experiments and popular information builds on his discoveries. I want to find others who are fascinated like I am with the impact of his ideas. Hopefully we can have an information based discussion group and find friends who share this interest.

A major goal of this group is to promote community among Humanists and Non-Theists. We have monthly pot luck dinners and discussions including topics related to humanism, atheism, Non-theism, science, political issues, naturalism, evolution, religion, history etc. We also have special programs and events such as our Darwin Day celebration.
